Main Forum – Part 3

Join Dr. Inge Asselberghs from imec for an insightful presentation on “Pathfinding R&D to enable the transition from lab-to-fab”.

Dr. Asselberghs will explain how research results and project outcomes published in literature offer valuable insights which can drive future technologies. A key question is how to translate and verify these findings in an industry relevant fabrication environment. R&D Pilot line projects aim to bridge the gap between the lab and industry. This report presents the approach followed by the 2D-PL and NanoIC pilot lines. Discover how it supports start-ups, SMEs, and suppliers by providing access to state-of-the-art chip infrastructure, hands-on training, and collaborative research opportunities.
